We take all major insurances including Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Humana, Aetna, United and Cigna. We are credentialed for many other insurances but please call the office to check.
No Insurance?
We are happy to see self pay patients and offer discounted rates for patients paying with cash, check or credit card. We do ask for a credit card or a check deposit to secure your appointment. An office consultation includes a full evaluation in the office. Any x-rays, surgery or procedures are not included. If further treatment is needed, we will do our best to offer additional discounts.
