COVID-19 Policies and Procedures

What to expect when visiting our offices:

In order to protect our patients, staff and providers, we have put protocols in place to minimize in office foot traffic and promote social distancing. Please be aware and prepared when you visit.

1. When Visiting our office, always wear a face mask or covering. We are happy to provide one for you, if needed.
2. Please do not enter the office if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.  
3. We are continuing to screen all persons entering the office.
4. Please social distance in our waiting room while waiting to be called back. We are working very hard to limit waiting room times.
5. We allow once person to accompany the patient to their appointment. We ask that this be limited to those patients who need extra assistance.  

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO OUR OFFICE IF YOU’RE COVID POSITIVE, you’ve been tested and are awaiting results, or you’ve been exposed to someone with COVID-19.
